L.J. Marshall, President and CEO of Synergy Concierge Services (SCS) formed SCS
after observing first hand how hectic life was at the corporate and private level.
L.J. noticed that emergency personnel were showing up more frequently at the
office due to an employee collapsing at their desk from stress and being
overworked. It wasn't until after leaving this previous job that L.J. started to give
serious thought about other people in the corporate and private sector that were
literally "working themselves to death". Ultimately, L.J. decided to start Synergy
Concierge Services. SCS is a company that takes on the burdensome daily personal
tasks of clients so that they can focus more on their job and family, while having
someone else take on the smaller things that the client must do during their
"down time" after work and on weekends. With 23 years of customer service
experience, 11 years working in an administrative support position and as a
personal assistant/event planner, L.J. understands what it takes to help people
maintain a harmonious work/life balance.
L.J. believes that superior customer service in combination with delivering the
best product possible at an affordable price is the key to any company's success.
Through L.J.'s own personal observations it seems that businesses today have lost
site of how valuable customer service is to its success. It appears that there is very
little emphasis placed on client satisfaction. L.J. believes that without excellent
customer service, there is no hope for a businesses success.
L.J. takes great pride in SCS's staff due to their devotion to making sure that no
matter what it takes, the client is completely satisfied with their services provided
